La Vida has a closed-circuit camera network and 24-hour security, both at the beach and at the reception area.

Reservation Options
|
La Vida offers a program whereby, with a $10,000 USD deposit, a specific residence can be reserved for a period of one month from the date when the prospect buyer has received the Purchase and Sale agreement, Condo Regime, Floor plans, Pricing and Payment terms. This deposit will be held in a Master Escrow Account with First American Title Insurance Company of Miami, Florida. If, after the month, the reserver decides not to purchase, the deposit will be refunded in full. If the reserver decides to move ahead by signing a sales contract, the $10,000 deposit will be applied toward the required downpayment and held in an individual Escrow Account in the buyer’s name, until funds are released to the developer. transferred to homeowners’ accounts, either in Mexico or the United States. |
